Why the approval loop gets shorter.
01Approvers decide in placeThe person who signs off sees the version in front of them and records an explicit decision — approve, or request changes.
02The current version is never in doubtOn upload the newest version becomes current by default, and the uploader can opt out. Nobody works from the wrong cut.
03Notes arrive already locatedFeedback is pinned to the exact frame, so a revision round starts with unambiguous notes instead of a hunt through chat history.
04Decisions stay attached to the versionNo re-litigating whether the client ever approved this cut — the decision is recorded against it.
05The hops disappearChasing, re-exporting, and re-sending are what eat the day. Keeping the file, the notes, and the decision together removes those steps.
