Who we are

VisualLabs is a collaborative review, approval, and delivery workspace for visual production teams, operated by SOS (Seekorseekh). You can reach us about anything in this policy at core@seekorseekh.com.

This policy covers the public website at visuallabs.seekorseekh.com and the VisualLabs application.

What we collect on the public website

  • Demo requests. If you book a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, and — if you choose to provide them — your role, team size or production volume, a description of your current review workflow, a phone or WhatsApp contact number, and a message. We use these details only to respond to you and schedule your demo.
  • Nothing else. The public pages set no tracking cookies and load no analytics or advertising scripts. We do not record your IP address or browser details when you submit the book-a-demo form.

What we collect in the application

If your organization uses VisualLabs, we process:

  • Account details — your name, email address, and role, provided by you or your organization's administrator.
  • The work itself — media files, versions, comments, review decisions, approvals, and delivery records that you and your team create in the workspace.
  • Security logs — sign-in activity and permission changes, including IP address and browser information, kept to protect accounts and investigate problems.

Access to content inside VisualLabs is organization-scoped and role-based: your organization controls who can see and do what, including what its clients can see.

How your data is stored

VisualLabs runs on dedicated infrastructure operated by Hetzner. Media files are stored in private object storage and are served only through time-limited, signed links. The application database is backed up nightly.

What we don't do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share your data with advertisers or analytics companies.
  • We do not use your content for anything other than operating the service for your organization.

We use service providers only as needed to run VisualLabs (for example, an email delivery provider to send invitations and notifications).

Retention

Demo-request details are kept only as long as needed to follow up with you. Application data is retained while your organization uses the service; deleted work is recoverable for a period through the application's restore features and is then removed by routine housekeeping.

Your choices

Email us at core@seekorseekh.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. If you received a demo follow-up and no longer want to hear from us, say so in a reply and we will stop.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. Significant changes affecting application users will be communicated to organization administrators.
