1. What VisualLabs is
VisualLabs is a collaborative workspace for organizing, reviewing, approving, and delivering visual media, operated by SOS (Seekorseekh) and available at visuallabs.seekorseekh.com. By using the website or the application you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and access
Access to the application is provided through your organization — typically by invitation from an administrator or producer. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Organizations control their members' roles and permissions, including what client users and share-link guests can see.
3. Your content
You and your organization retain ownership of everything you upload — media, comments, review decisions, and related material. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: to store, process (for example, generating preview versions of uploaded video), display, and deliver your content to the people your organization authorizes. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and share.
4. Share links and guests
Share links can grant people outside your organization access to specific work, optionally protected by a password and an expiry date. Whoever creates a share link is responsible for who receives it. Guests must use shared content only as intended by the sharing organization.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use VisualLabs to store or distribute unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
6. Availability and data
We work to keep VisualLabs available and your data safe — including nightly database backups — but the service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own master copies of original media. Deleted work may be recoverable for a period through the application's restore features, after which it is removed.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for accounts or organizations that violate these terms. An organization may stop using the service at any time; on request we will delete its data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOS (Seekorseekh) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of VisualLabs, and our total liability is limited to the amount your organization paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or zero while the service is provided without charge).
9. Governing law
[Placeholder — governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed with counsel before commercial launch.]
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version, and significant changes will be communicated to organization administrators. Questions: core@seekorseekh.com.
